My name is Ashley Spetter and I have been detailing cars since 2006. I'm 23 years old and moved to North Carolina from Texas in March 2009. I've worked on an extensive list of cars over the years, ranging from Toyota, Mazda and Chevrolet to Porsche, BMW/MINI and Mercedes, and I treat each vehicle as if it were one-of-a-kind.
I strive to make each car look like it just rolled off the assembly line, and when perfection can't be reached due to elemental abuse, I explain the problem to the owner and what should be done to prevent further damage to the area and to prevent future damage. I am a quality detailer, so I spend a large amount of time with each car before I return it to the owner, as I want the before and after to be a massive transformation.
I apply several hours of work on each car to ensure the best quality work is done. Each customer is then asked to perform a thorough look-over on the car before they drive off, so that if they find anything that they feel needs more attention, I can address it, or explain why it couldn't be taken care of.
